We do not want finances to be an obstacle in obtaining your dental health needs. We have developed a number of options to help with the payment of your treatment.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file all insurance paperwork and documents, and process that portion of your treatment that is paid by your insurance plan.

• Participating Preferred Provider Insurance Plans (Aetna PPO, Anthem Blue Cross PPO 200/PPO 300, Cigna PPO, Delta DPO, Delta Premier, Guardian PPO, Humana PPO, Metlife PPO, Premier Access PPO, and United Concordia-National Fee for Service)
• For your information this office does not currently accept any HMO insurance plans.
